Emailing Editable Invitations

If you want to email out your invitations or post on social media. You can use the PrintScreen function on your laptop/computer to create an image of your personalized invitation that will be the perfect size for emailing. You CANNOT email out the editable PDF file. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Use this method for emailing invitations only. Don’t use it to send your Invitation to a photo lab for printing otherwise the file will not be of high resolution and your printed invitation will be PIXELATED!

MAC USER
1. Firstly, open your Editable Invitation File in Adobe Reader and personalize it.
2. Zoom in as much as you can while keeping one full invitation on the screen.
3. With your invitation page on the screen, press the Apple key ⌘ + Shift + 4 all at the same time. 
4. You will see the cursor change to +
5. Drag a box to select only one invitation and release the mouse.
6. Once you have finished dragging and release the mouse, you will hear the sound of camera click.
7. Go to your Desktop and you will find a capture of your invitation entitled ‘Picture _’ in PNG format (this is fine to email) you can rename the file.
8. Your invite is the perfect size for emailing! You can now attach this image to your email or post it on social media!

PC USER
1. Firstly, open your Editable Invitation File in Adobe Reader and personalize it.
2. Zoom in as much as you can while keeping one full invitation on the screen.
3. With your invitation page on the screen, press Windows logo key+PrtScn or Alt+PrtScn (on some keyboards PrtScn might appear as PRTSC, PRTSCN, or a similar abbreviation. Depending on your computer you may also have to press Alt+PrtScrn in combination with another key such as Fn+Alt+PrtScn)
4. Your invitation page has now been copied to the Clipboard.
5. Open Paint by clicking the Start button, clicking All Programs, clicking Accessories, and then clicking Paint.
6. In Paint, on the Home tab, in the Clipboard group, click Paste.
7. Click on the Rectangle Select tool Icon.
8. Click and hold your left mouse button to begin your selection. Drag the mouse to select one invitation. Release the mouse button.
9. Click on the Image Menu (or right-click) and select Crop.
10. Now save your Invitation as a JPG file with a name and your invite is the perfect size for emailing! You can now attach this image to your email or post it on social media!
