Yes, shipping for printed items order is FREE! No minimum purchase required.

Preparation & Processing Time
All orders are dispatched from our studio located in Singapore. After receiving your order, we will begin work on personalization you requested. Since all items are handmade, this may take anywhere from 3-5 days (depending on demand and volume of orders) as we do like to provide a quality product. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding! Please do not confuse this with shipping time, as this will be covered below.

All orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days after receiving payment (excluding weekends and holidays).

Domestic Shipping:
Your orders will be delivered by local courier, Singpost Smartpac. 
It will take 3-5 business days for the package to reach you.

International Shipping:
Packages are shipped Internationally from Singapore (Asia Pacific) to your invoice address by SingaporePost Registered air mail which would require a signature upon delivery. For US customers, it will be delivered by US Postal Service, please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address on your invoice and account.

All international orders are shipped by our local post office. Estimated Registered Air Mail delivery (Delivery will be made by your local post office). The average shipping time is approximately 12 - 18 business days to the U.K., U.S. and most countries. Please understand that sometimes packages maybe delayed in transit due to customs inspection and unexpected reasons. We are afraid the post office does not guarantee a delivery date. In some cases, it could take 1 month or even longer to deliver. Shipping to Italy, Russia, Brazil and a few other countries can take 1 to 2 months to deliver.

Lost Packages
Packages are considered lost only after a 4 months period have passed. Please note that we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

Re-shipping of unclaimed or wrong addresses
If you do not receive your package after 4 weeks from the date your item was dispatched, please contact us and we will raise an enquiry with the post office to do a research on your package.

If your package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery or unclaimed ie. a missed delivery and also failure to collect it from your local Postal Office afterwhich your local post office would have left a notice for you to collect your package.

If you like us to resend the package to you, we would be happy to do so. Shipping charges will apply depending on your location (domestic or international).

Rush Order
If you would like to rush your order, please select Speedpost Priority (Domestic Order) or DHL Express (International Order) for the shipping method to make sure your package will reach to you within 0-1 business days (Domestic Order) and 2-3 business days (International Order).

Delivery time may take longer during holiday seasons or due to custom delays, etc. These situations are beyond our control, and we sincerely seek your understanding and patience on this. Thank you so much.

International Customers
All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of buyer, they include fees, taxes, and duties/custom charges associated with shipping to their respective countries. Thank you for your kind understanding.

We will not falsely report the value of goods on the customs form or mark the customs form as a gift. This is illegal.
