FILE TYPE - Digital Product(s)
All proof will be sent as flattened JPEG or PDF only. Digital items are sent as either a JPEG/JPG file for invites or a PDF through email. No physical items or printed materials will be shipped. Party package are sent as PDF(s) only. We do not send the original design file. 

Please note that all PDF files are password protected and cannot be opened in any editing software including photoshop, paint or illustrator.

PDF files can only be opened and printed from ADOBE READER. Adobe Reader comes on most computers. If you need to download a free copy, please click here

PHOTOS 
- Digital Product(s)
Please submit photos in JPG format. All photos need to be 300dpi or larger so that images come out clear and not pixelated when printed. If you are not sure about your photo resolution, feel free to contact us before ordering and we can check it for you.

By submitting photos to Party & Printables you agree that the photos being used were taken by you or the photographer has give you permission to use. You also agree to take full responsibility of any misuse of copyright images and agree to not hold Party and Printables liable for any misuse of copyrighted images.

COLOR - Digital Product(s)
Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen and from printer to printer. Please take this into consideration when purchasing. We have no control over color variations. If you are unhappy with the quality of the printed design, we recommend you to contact the printing lab you used directly.

All prices for products and shipping are listed in United States Dollars.

PAYMENT & SECURITY
Party & Printables accepts PayPal and major credit cards via PayPal. Please keep in mind you can pay with a credit card through PayPal without signing up for a PayPal account. Note: If you pay by e-check via PayPal, it will take  about 3-5 business days to clear. Work will not begin on your order until your payment has cleared.

SHIPPING
For printed/physical product(s) - Made to Order
FREE shipping worldwide! Product(s) are dispatched within 2-3 business days after receiving payment (excluding weekends and holidays). Packages are shipped Internationally from Singapore (Asia Pacific) to your registered address by SingaporePost Registered air mail which would require a signature upon delivery. For US customers, it will be delivered by US Postal Service, please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address on your account. For personalized digital product(s) - Made to Order
File(s) will be sent via email within the selected turnaround time. If you have purchased a rush order, your proof will be available within 24 hours. Rush order will accomodate Sunday & Public Holiday. No printed materials will be shipped.

For non-personalized digital product(s) - Made to Order
File(s) will be sent via email within the selected turnaround time. If you have purchased a rush order, your proof will be available within 24 hours. Rush order will accomodate Sunday & Public Holiday. No printed materials will be shipped.

For non-personalized & editable digital product(s) - Instant Download
You can download the file(s) immediately after payment is cleared. No printed materials will be shipped.

TERMS OF USE for invitation, thank you and other party printables
1. Designs are for PERSONAL USE ONLY and cannot be used for commercial purpose. 
2. You may print out all printables at home or ask a third party such as copystore or photolab to print them for you. You may print as many as you need.
3. You may not resold any party printables as part of any party package. 

TERMS OF USE for digital paper
1. Designs are for PERSONAL USE and SMALL BUSINESS ONLY.
2. You can use digital scrapbook papers for your personal projects.
3. You CANNOT sell our digital scrapbook papers as is or as part of any party package or in a commercial scrapbook kit even it is altered.
4. If you are using our digital papers to create invitations, please put a credit on the page you display the product, in product description, NOT on separate pages (e.g: Pattern by Party and Printables).

NOT ALLOWED for all product(s):
1. No redistribute, reselling, sharing, give away the product as freebies even if it is printed. Due to nature of products and the time invested in each product, it will be very appreciated if you recommend our shop as your design source instead. License covers original purchaser only. 
2. No use in mass production without proper licensing.
3. You may not claim any part of the artwork as your own. 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES - Digital Product(s)
We do everything possible to ensure our buyers are satisfied with their purchases. Due to the custom nature of our products and the time invested in each product, we do not offer refunds. If you change your mind after ordering, please message us immediately, and we can cancel your order and issue you a refund. Cancellation fee will apply if refund is issued. This to cover our service and Paypal fee. However, refunds will never be issued for custom orders. We value the work we do and the time we invest to fill orders and create custom designs. No refund will be issued for instant download products too because you can download the file immediately after complete payment. Please be sure you are 100% ready to purchase before doing so. Thank you for your understanding.

We are not responsible for printing errors. Refunds will not be given when a mistake is made during the printing process. If you are unhappy with the quality of the printed design, we recommend you to contact the printing lab you used directly.

30 DAYS KEEPING POLICY - Digital Product(s)
It is important to note that it is buyers responsibility to keep and save the file(s). All designs will be purged from our system 30 days after we have released your final design to you. We highly recommend making a back-up copy of your final design(s). We are unable to change, revise or resend your order after 30 days have passed. If it has been longer than 30 days, you will need to repurchase the design. 

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
If you do not satisfied with your experience with Party & Printables, please contact us immediately so that we can correct the problem. Please let us know prior to leaving feedback so we can work with you to make sure you are satisfied with the product. Thank you so much for your cooperation :)

ADDITIONAL POLICY
We reserve to the right to refuse a purchase of our designs to anyone we feel would be using for more than personal use.

PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. We commit to keep all your personal information confidential and secure. 

COPYRIGHT
Party & Printables retains all right to the artwork and may distribute or sell the artwork to other parties without notice. The purchaser does not own any part of the artwork. By purchasing product on Party & Printables, you have read and agreed to the policies stated above.

Product(s) are intended for use by original purchaser only. Payment is not refundable nor can the license it purchased be used as an exchange for license to another artwork file(s). All the artworks are property of Party & Printables and cannot be claimed as your own.
